If your household heats with wood and you receive help through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), you can use that benefit right here. We have been an approved LIHEAP firewood vendor for years.
How it works
- Come by or call us and we write you an estimate for your wood.
- You take that estimate to LIHEAP.
- LIHEAP sends the check to Quality Firewood & Materials.
From there we get your wood to you, the same full, honest cords we sell everyone else. No separate line, no different wood, no fuss.

If you have not applied yet, LIHEAP applications go through the New Mexico Health Care Authority. Call or come by and we can point you in the right direction.
